The Zen Zone Community is the new mindfulness and meditation community for midlife women who want to manage their mind monkeys, so they feel lighter, brighter and calmer. 

Created by wellbeing expert and author Helen Rebello, who has spent almost two decades helping women to tune into their dreams and reshape their lives through meditation, mindfulness, movement & mindset practices.

HOW IT WORKS

The Zen Zone Community is an online 'pop-up' project for 90 days from 1 July 2020 to 23 Sept 2020.

It offers you the support and community you need to help you integrate supportive practices and habits into your life so that you can experience more freedom in your life.

We will gather together twice monthly as a small group, to focus on an aspect of mindfulness that will help us maintain our Zen no matter what the world throws at us.

This is an extremely accessible and easy way to regularly and consistently top up your porridge pot, of energy without investing much time, money or effort.

HOW TO JOIN

You pay a minimal amount monthly to reserve your space and commit to your intention (suggested amount from £5 - £15).
