Says it all really xx
Lisa Pascoe is the host of Bravehearts Rising podcast, an Inspirational Speaker, Intuitive Master NLP Practitioner, and Recovering Perfectionist on a mission to help empaths and highly sensitives to tap into their inner wisdom, and thrive in a noisy, modern world.
A mixture of self-pressure, a burning desire to fit in and raging hormones meant that Lisa struggled as a teen. Sensitive by nature she used self harm and external validation as a way of coping with anxiety. This led her to go on a quest to let go of all the shoulds and embrace her gloriously, messy human self.
Fast forward to today and not only does she feel happier and more grounded than ever, she also really likes who she sees in the mirror. A big part of this is thanks to her renewed love affair with nature and all that it has taught her.
Lisa now runs rewilding retreats, 1:1 coaching and soul-nourishing circles for sensitive women wanting to feel connected on a deeper level. She currently lives in Southsea with her partner Bekky and their wire-haired sausage dog Henry. She has a penchant for cake, oracle cards and walks in the woods.
